2.1 Information you provide directly

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
