This website, www.niveshastra.com, together with our web application at app.niveshastra.com and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), is offered to you (the “User”) on the condition that you accept the terms contained herein without modification.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “Service” means access to and use of the Platform, including all HTML/CSS/JavaScript code, market data, analytics, scores, dashboards, watchlists, scanners, portfolio tools, trade journals, reports, tutorials, and any other content or tools made available on the Platform, whether pursuant to a subscription or otherwise.
By clicking “I Agree” (or an equivalent checkbox), creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may not access or use the Platform.
The Platform is owned and operated by Niveshastra Ventures Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at H-40/2, M3M Soulitude, Sector 89, Garhi Harsaru, Gurugram, Haryana — 122505 (“NiveshAstra”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
NiveshAstra is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Stock Broker, Portfolio Manager, or in any other capacity. The Platform provides market data, analytics, and research tools for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any transaction. Please read our Disclaimer in full.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we believe, in our sole discretion, does not meet these criteria.
To access most features of the Platform, you must create an account. You may register with an email address and password, or authenticate using a supported third-party service such as Google (“Google Sign-In”). When you register, you agree to:
You may not impersonate any person or entity, use a false name, or use a name you are not authorised to use. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that account information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or where the account has been used in violation of these Terms.
Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing frequencies are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. NiveshAstra does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on its servers. Razorpay adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). By making a payment on the Platform, you agree to be bound by Razorpay’s terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to support@niveshastra.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period.
NiveshAstra is a digital subscription service with immediate access upon payment. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual plans once the subscription has been activated. A pro-rata refund is available only in the event that NiveshAstra discontinues the Service before the end of your paid subscription period. In such a case, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period, after adjusting for any discounts applied and taxes paid.
In case of a disputed or failed transaction, please contact us at support@niveshastra.com and, where the dispute concerns your payment instrument (e.g., credit card, UPI), also contact your card issuer or bank. NiveshAstra is not liable for any consequence arising from fraudulent or disputed transactions initiated at the payment gateway or banking channel.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and will be communicated to you in advance by email or through the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:
We may investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating your account, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the software, source code, market analytics, proprietary scores (such as the Market Score), visual design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and trademarks (collectively, “Content”) — is owned by or licensed to Niveshastra Ventures Private Limited and is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NiveshAstra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

The Platform may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, services, or content (for example, Razorpay for payments, Google for authentication, and public exchange feeds for market data). These third parties operate independently of NiveshAstra, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. NiveshAstra does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or service.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Platform (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, you grant NiveshAstra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into the Platform, without any obligation to compensate you. You retain any pre-existing rights in your ideas.
The Platform and all Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NiveshAstra expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from publicly available feeds and third-party providers, and may be subject to delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for any decision.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Niveshastra Ventures Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any trading or investment losses — arising out of or in connection with:
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of subscription fees paid by you to NiveshAstra in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Niveshastra Ventures Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Disclaimer, or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription from your account settings or by writing to support@niveshastra.com.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer at any time. Any material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.
The Platform is designed for use by residents of India and is intended primarily for Indian markets. If you access the Platform from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. The Platform does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Niveshastra Ventures Private Limited with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it.
